The question we get often; “What does LOPH mean?”
LOPH means Love overpowers hate. And No, not just love as in hugs and kisses, it’s much more than that.
It’s obvious that violence and discrimination stem from hate. But, we continue to prove that love does overpower hate from time to time. Love comes in many forms. It can be through education, support, protesting, or continuing to stand up for others. We understand how common hatred is and how spread out it can be within this world. That is why we created LOPH Club; where creativity knows no boundaries and support is genuine. Our club is a community of passion-driven individuals like yourself, who share a common goal: to make a positive impact on the world while creating and giving back in different ways.
Since 2017, we have continued to donate part of the profits from our clothing collections to support different organizations and communities around the world. Along the way, we were able to come together and create a community fridge that is currently stationed in Medford, MA. Additionally, we heavily encourage the support of creatives around the world, which led us to create our very first issue of our magazine series “Peace Plus Magazine”. We were able to collaborate and feature different artists and creatives, expressing our passion for supporting one another.
There’s a quote by James Baldwin that goes “love has never been a popular movement. The world is held together by the love and passion of a very few people. What you’ve got to remember is that what you’re looking at is also you.” Will you join the club?
